This week our sales boards were erased and the visual record of our 2018 closed transactions has been removed from our sight. Our goal in 2019 is to fill those empty boards with clients, homes, and closings.
Six years ago in the winter of 2013, Matt was still a school teacher when he wrote his first client’s name on a white board. He was so thrilled that she trusted him enough to place her family’s home and its sale in his care. He sold her family’s home that spring and was immediately in love with the process real estate puts clients and REALTORS® through.
Going through a real estate transaction with a family causes us to grow closer and appreciate each other more. That is still what we love about the real estate business - meeting and caring about people, growing closer to them, keeping their trust, and safely navigating them from where they are in their housing to where they want to be.
It’s a big deal to us that you trust us and call us your REALTORS®. When you could have chosen any one of thousands more. Somehow, we still feel the thrill of being chosen every time we receive a new client.
While the boards in our office have been erased, the relationship we built with you during our transaction can’t be “erased” or forgotten. Here’s to a great new year and the thrill of doing what you love!
Congratulations to our clients & friends
